1. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

2. Cancellation Procedure

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase is required.

4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • The refund amount is credited to the original payment method.
