If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can request a cancellation by contacting us at studiobackdrop.in@gmail.com.

We understand that changes in delivery timelines can be frustrating, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. Our team will do their best to assist you as quickly as possible.

If your cancellation is approved and the order was prepaid, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

You will receive your invoice by email once your order has been confirmed and processed. In most cases, this happens within a few minutes of placing your order.

If you don’t see the invoice in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder. You can also download your invoice anytime from your order confirmation page or by logging into your account.

If you still can’t find it, please contact our support team and we’ll resend it to you.

• Hang the backdrop on a stand, rod, or wall using clips or hooks.
• Ensure the surface is stretched evenly to avoid wrinkles.
• Position proper lighting to achieve the best visual results.
• Keep the backdrop clean and free from dust before use.

Our backdrops are offered in sandwich fabric.

Sandwich fabric is a premium, multi-layered material designed for durability and a smooth, professional finish. It is wrinkle-resistant, minimizes light reflections, and holds its shape well, making it ideal for photography and studio use.
